You can also help us with this:
You can bring your own mat and wash your hands thoroughly when coming and going.  Please do not come to the studio with a cough or a cold, and dispose of used tissues in the trash can.

Please note that due to decreased demand, we are constantly adjusting the schedule and cancellations may occur.

The room temperature of 40° Celsius allows for an intensive stretching of the body, increases flexibility, promotes strong physical condition and detoxifies your body. Hot Inferno Pilates

Have you heard of Hot Inferno Pilates (HIP) or Inferno Hot Pilates (IHP)? This is a new and very effective training method! Inferno Hot Pilates is a high Intensity interval workout, which creates lean muscle mass, burns fat (accelerates metabolism and provides up to 48 hours of afterburning!) and improves overall fitness. It strengthens the entire trunk, improves circulation and flexibility - noticeable from the first session! You train HIP, IHP or HIIT in a heated room (at about 35 degrees) on a yoga mat, which reduces the stress on joints and muscles to a minimum. You practice to cool music, which adds to the training an additional motivational kick and fun factor (a little like going out)!

Deep Stretch (25°-30°degrees)

Deep Stretch in a warm room makes it possible for the body to feel more relaxed and achieve long, deep stretches. The pleasant warmth of 25-30 degrees helps the body and mind to let go on a deep level. In addition, the class is the perfect balance for muscle strengthening. A benefit for the muscles and the connective tissues.

Chakra Flow

Pilates

Pilates is a holistic training concept that aims to contribute to a good overall condition of the body, as well as to improve posture. When Joseph Huber Pilates developed the method, he studied yoga and Zen meditation, but also animal movements. He then combined all these influences into various Pilates exercises, which are usually performed on a gymnastics mat or yoga mat. Later, influences of dance and ballet were added to the training method. Pilates training includes strength exercises, stretching and also conscious breathing. The aim of the training is to strengthen the muscles - especially in the trunk of the body and the pelvic floor - to improve your physical condition, the coordination of movements and posture, to stimulate circulation, and to achieve a more conscious perception of your own body.

Chakra Cycle

CHAKRA literally means "wheel" - energy centers are typically round, just like a wheel. Chakras are also called padmas, or lotuses. Lotus flowers are round and can open and close. In the same way, the chakras can also be open or closed. Just as there are 72,000 Nadis (energy channels), three of which are especially important (Sushumna, Ida & Pingula), so there are many chakras, seven of which are especially important for mental - spiritual development and for the awakening of the Kundalini. On each energy channel there are a multitude of energy points, which are called small chakras. So there are hundreds of thousands of chakras. The seven main chakras are arranged along the spine: At the bottom of the spine, in the genital area, at the navel point, at the sternum, at the throat, between the eyebrows and at the highest point of the head, the vertex. In ancient scriptures, Kundalini energy is symbolized as a sleeping snake that, when awakened, rolls up and slowly pushes its head up the spine. It flows deeply from the pelvis to the highest point of the head, the seventh chakra, and from there into the aura. As it does so, it flows through the main energy channel in the spine, Sushumna, and activates the two secondary channels. Ida & Pingala each cross each other in the chakras and strongly activate the left and right hemispheres of the brain. Chakras are assigned to specific areas of the body, organs, colours, yantra, element, deities, bija mantra, and maha mantra. The inner colour of the chakra is the corresponding element and the outer colour is the aura. The  frequency of vibration is represented by the different number of petals. The petals represent the different levels of consciousness.

In my classes I would like to give you the experience of peace and relaxation, as well as help your body to become more flexible and powerful, so that you can return to your everyday life stronger. The general state of health should be supported in an optimal way and self-healing powers should be stimulated. A holistic inclusion of body, mind and soul promotes an unhindered flow of life energies and thus an overal sense of balanced energy.
