In a one-on-one setting we can respond well to you and use yoga therapeutically for your individual needs. Specific Yoga exercises can alleviate complaints such as a stiff neck, back pain or knee pain. Also psychological ailments, such as depression and anxiety disorders, can be alleviated with Yoga.
