Yogilates meets Mandala Flow

Strengthening and stabilizing Pilates elements mixed with a slow mandala flow! Take a little time out starting with a few minutes of silence where you can get back to yourself and then gently transition into the dynamic Pilates exercises. Once you are well strengthened and warmed up, we will focus on a shoulder and arm strengthening Mandala Flow in a slow execution where breathing and movement merge into one!
