How often do you not unconsciously carry a load on your shoulders and are tense in the neck area. Poor posture, one-sided strain, but also worries and stress can be particularly prevalent in this area. The aim of this lesson is to relax and release the upper back as well as the shoulder girdle and at the same time gently strengthen them. Become aware of the things that are breathing down your neck.
