As the leaves fall and the aircools, let’s turn up the internal heat with this invigorating and challenging power yoga practice. We will do lots of twists to stimulate circulation, release toxins and cleanse the internal organs. A few challenging poses will be offered with modifications so that yogis of varying levels can participate to the extend that they are willing and able. After working up a sweat, we will unwind with longer static holds to stretch the muscles and quiet the mind. Suggested props: two blocks.
