Kundalini

This series of exercises is dedicated to strengthening the lungs and immune system, strengthening the magnetic field and can also be done as a preparation for deep meditation.
In the first exercises, the powerful breath purifies the blood and expands the lung capacity, which in turn improves oxygen uptake. The cardiovascular system is stimulated and the secretions of the thyroid and parathyroid glands (hormone production) are added to improved circulation.
The set is a good preparation for beginners who want to learn to meditate deeply. The short meditation, subsequently called "Meditation for a Calm Heart", is also perfect for beginners. It creates an awareness of the breath and physically strengthens the lungs and heart. It creates a calming pole for the subtle Prana which is located in the lungs and heart. By holding the left hand on this natural seat of prana, it is stimulated and a deep silence is created. Together with the right hand, which is held in the mudra of peace, the posture leads to a feeling of deep inner peace and serenity.
Emotionally, the meditation leads to a clearer perception of your relationships, to yourself and to others. It can be done for up to 31 minutes, but 3 minutes is enough to achieve an effect.
