This playful yoga class will have kids exploring the world of yoga in imaginative and fun ways, with a little bit of a theme on going camping. Get ready to packyour bags, set up your tent, and explore the natural world around you, all thewhile doing yoga poses, practicing meditation and breathing exercises, and learning tools to help you find peace and calm in your everyday life. Taught in English with some German translations.
