Stretch and strengthen shoulders and hips

Throughout this dynamic flow, we integrate a variety of shoulder stretches, like variations of Garudasana (eagle pose) and Gomukasana (cow-facing pose), balanced with some shoulder strengthening exercises, like side plank. End with some deep hip-openers, leaving you de-stressed and feeling totally relaxed when you walk off your mat.
